Ms. Jackson teaches fifth grade at Golden Elementary and loves running! When she is not teaching she enjoys running in races ranging from 3 to 100 miles. She has even qualified for and competed in the legendary Boston Marathon. Way to go Ms. Jackson! #wellnesswednesday

For being outstanding students, Miss Oberholtz's first grade class at Caryn Elementary earned a Teach Your Stuffy day. Students were able to bring in their favorite stuffed animal and take it with them to their centers. Miss O's class did a fantastic job!
Grapeland Elementary students Hannah and Eva wanted to help the lunchroom staff by delivering lunch cards to the classroom each day. Their kind deeds set a great example for other students. Way to go Grapeland Grizzlies!

While skiing this past weekend, Principal Shaw came to the aid of one of his Grizzly students who had been struck by a snowboarder and knocked unconscious. Mr. Shaw stayed on his student's side until medical help arrived. Principal Shaw's compassion and commitment to his students extends beyond the Grapeland campus. Thank you Mr. Shaw!
